A review: Nivea's Touch of Water Lily Hydrating Shower Gel

"Waterlily and Pearls...this has got to be delightful!" I reached for Nivea's Waterlily and Pearls Hydrating Shower Gel, read the ingredients and made the purchase...very glad I did! The feel of the little beads of sunflower oil, on my skin, was very softening, so much so, that I felt the results long after getting out of the shower.

The smell was invigorating, reminding me of spring flowers; gentle, not overpowering. You get whiffs of fragrance throughout the day! My skin was fragrant, film-free ... no soapy residue! I purchased the 1.7 oz. size bottle but the shower gel also comes in 8.4 and 16.9 oz size bottles.
Although the ideal is to make your own natural shower gel, Nivea's Waterlily and Pearls Hydrating Shower Gel, is an inexpensive splurge that creates a fragrant spa right in your own bathroom!

The three "stays" of living your dreams!

1) Stay EXCITED!
2) Stay CONSISTENT!
3) Stay STEADFAST!

1)Network with people living "the dream" as you'd like to live it. Successful people are always up to something adventurous; become a part of what's going on! Stay connected via social media and /or in person!

2) Make a plan that is doable and stick to it. Make a point of doing certain tasks at the same time every day. Sometimes you will wander off. Gather yourself together and get back on track, as quickly as you can!

3) Don't give up! You never know when your "big break" will come. If you give up, it will never happen. Stay in the flow of things and don't get discouraged by naysayers, failures, minimal funds, etc.If there is a will, there is a way "up!"

Whatever your desires, following these "stays", will have you on your way to living your biggest dreams!

Confrontation...can anything good come out of it?

Confrontation is usually associated with emotional outbursts and mean-spirited language...but it can be a good thing. Firstly, in all of the heat, the truth comes forth. Hidden grudges are revealed, enabling them to be healed. We must first know exactly what the problems are...only then can they be solved!

Secondly, in many instances, we fume and walk around in anger, rather than approach the one who's causing the complications. It is an unhealthy way to be. If confrontation will release the stress, that particular "coming together" is a good thing!

Sometimes an "excited" meeting (minus the "blows", of course) is the only way to get to the root of the problems, that are stagnating an otherwise profitable relationship!

Do you agree? What are your thoughts on this? Please leave your uplifting comments below and Have a nice day!

Reclaim your power after a break-up!

Your five year, romantic relationship abruptly comes to an end. You wanted to work your problems out; your mate didn't. Before your mate exits, he/she tries to bury your self-esteem with insults and hate. You are dejected and hurt. The good news is that you can  rebound and live to love again!

Dry your eyes and dust yourself off...do all  the things, you do, that bring success. We all have those "up" things going on where we JUST CAN'T FAIL...what are yours? Immerse yourself in those tasks, the ones that guarantee victory! For example, you've always been complemented on your handmade scarves. Now is the time to knit enough scarves to open up an online shop! Work to make your website beautiful, informative  and customer friendly, then bask in the success!
But because you freeze up and stumble over your words when giving speeches, in front of large crowds, hold on before you share your new, successful business endeavor at the big, Annual Civic function. The time will come for accomplishing that task! Don't attempt any new or "shaky" assignments until you've accomplished enough of the successful tasks, that will start healing your self-esteem.

In time, you'll feel confident and positive again. You never know, maybe a potential new love interest has been checking out all of this "shining" you've been doing lately!

Simplify living in close quarters with one another!

As apartment rents rise, people are opting to share residences. As adults, a lot of habits have been formed ( in indelible ink, LOL), but when living with others we have to take our roommates' practices into consideration. It will simplify the experience. To keep the peace, bear in mind the suggestions below:

1)Respect the privacy of your roomies- Don't look into others' belongings and/or food in the fridge. Don't listen to phone conversations or "peek."

2) Keep fragrance and odors down- You may love to spray Red Rose air freshener all around, but it may make your roomie feel sick. Refrain from releasing overly perfumy smells into the shared atmosphere.

3) Clean up after yourself- Did you make a sandwich on the kitchen counter? Please wipe your crumbs away. Don't leave your "juices" on the toilet seat! You're  not in that much of a hurry!

4) Meet and Greet- A "hi" upon arriving, does wonders to build a "happy place" in your shared residence. Other "happy place" builders are "good-bye", "thank-you", and "I apologize...it won't happen again."

5) It's not a library, but- Please don't slam doors or stomp. Keep the volume on your T.V. moderate and save the loud sing-a-longs for Karaoke night at the club!

Sharing living spaces CAN work! Strive to live the Golden Rule ( "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you") and it will be a beneficial experience for all parties!
Do you have anything to add? Leave your helpful comments below-Thank-you!
